General regarding bookings with Swike
The price of the trip includes what is stated in the description. If you book additional products, these are paid for at the time of booking.
All trip prices are based on two people in a double room. If you wish to travel alone, a single room supplement will be added.
The trip price includes Swedish VAT.
Additional costs such as tourist taxes, tolls or entrance fees may apply and are payable on site.
When booking, 15% of the amount of the trip is paid directly. The remaining payment must be made no later than 30 days before the start of the trip.
If you wish to cancel, this must be done no later than 30 days before the start date of the trip. In case of cancellation, the deposit paid (15%) is not refundable.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before departure, the refund varies depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made. The closer to departure, the higher the cancellation fee. In case of late cancellation, the full price of the trip may be charged. For more information, see our general and specific conditions.
You are responsible for being fit enough to travel, following the instructions of the organisers and having valid travel and accident insurance.
