Our package tours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our multi-day tours are for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and really experience the place. The activity trips are organized between 4 and 8 days in our surroundings in Sm\u00e5land. These tours travel by bike or on foot through forests, along lakes and between small towns. You usually travel on your own with clear routes and luggage transportation. But we also add guided tours where local guides give you unique insights into nature, culture and history. Accommodation, food and experiences are carefully selected to give you a genuine and relaxing overall experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our experiences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For those looking for a shorter but memorable Experience, we offer routes as day activities of 2 to 6 hours. Shorter experiences include hiking, cycling and kayaking. These on-the-go experiences are perfect for both beginners and experienced nature lovers. They are often led by guides who will take you to places you might otherwise miss. It’s a great way to discover nature and the surrounding area – whether you’re a tourist or not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meet the founder of Swike- Fredrik Ljunggren<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After almost 20 years in the IT industry, Fredrik Ljunggren decided to follow his interests and go for something completely new. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

He trained as a personal trainer specializing in endurance sports and founded Bauer Activities<\/a>, where he now organizes races and challenges in natural settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building and upgrading hiking and biking trails in Sm\u00e5land<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Fredrik has long been involved in building and restoring hiking and biking trails in Sm\u00e5land. He loves to discover new trails with his gravel bike or go on multi-day hikes – preferably with a night in a tent or shelter under the stars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experiencing Sm\u00e5land and Lake V\u00e4ttern<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Through Swike, Fredrik now wants to share the nature of Sm\u00e5land and the beautiful surroundings around Lake V\u00e4ttern. Everything is done with care – for both the place and the people.
