The law is called GDPR, which stands for General Data Protection Regulation. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new regulation increases the protection of how companies and organizations may handle and process your personal data. Swike AB (hereinafter referred to as Swike) protects your personal integrity and it is important to us that you feel secure in our processing of your personal data.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our privacy policy describes how we collect and use your personal data and what rights you have. If you have any questions about the policy, you are always welcome to contact us. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is personal data and what is processing of personal data?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person. Images and sound recordings processed in a computer can be personal data even if no names are mentioned.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing of personal data is anything that is done with the personal data. Any operation performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, constitutes processing. We share your personal data with the following entities: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Air, bus and train companies (if tickets are booked via Swike)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government authorities (police, tax authorities and other authorities) if we are obliged to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance intermediaries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety and security<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to securely process your personal data, we have taken the reasonable technical measures that may be required. Only staff who need to handle your personal data in order to fulfill the stated purposes have access to it.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have<em> the right to know<\/em> what personal data we process about you. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you believe that this information is inaccurate, <em>you also have the right to request rectification<\/em> of the data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not want your personal data to be processed by us, you have the<em> right to have your data erased.<\/em> Please note that a situation may arise where we are unable to provide the requested service. In some cases, we may be entitled to refuse the request if we are prevented from doing so for legal reasons.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In cases where we process your personal data on the basis that we have assessed that there is a legitimate interest (e.g. marketing purposes), <em>you have the right to object to certain types of processing.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social security number and date of birth<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not collect personal data relating to social security numbers. In cases where birth data is needed, for example, to be able to take advantage of discounts linked to age, this personal data is collected.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supervisory authority<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The DPA is the supervisory authority for the GDPR. This means that they monitor the correct application of the legislation.
